Emily Kerschner is a Senior Managing Director at Empire Search Partners in New York.  Emily consults with attorneys of all levels and practice areas with respect to career planning strategies in both the in-house and law firm markets.

Prior to joining Empire, Emily spent eight years as the manager of legal recruiting and integration at Kaye Scholer LLP.  At Kaye Scholer, Emily managed all aspects of the partner, lateral and entry level hiring processes and actively participated in attorney development initiatives.  The unique combination of senior and junior law firm recruiting experience, together with supervising the integration process for lateral attorneys, enables Emily to offer targeted strategic career advancement guidance along with personalized counsel on navigating the challenges of integrating your practice into a new environment.

Emily received her B.A. in History from the University of Pittsburgh.
