In addition to providing market insight and personalized career guidance, Erin represents attorneys throughout all facets of the recruitment process from resume structuring and interview preparation to negotiating offer packages.

Prior to joining Empire Search Partners, Erin practiced as a litigator at a prestigious New York City law firm specializing in the defense of medical professionals and hospitals in multi-million-dollar medical malpractice actions.
