Amanda Hoffman is a Partner at Empire Search Partners. She counsels and coaches her candidates through every step of the consulting process and uses her extensive market intelligence to ensure that candidates receive the most accurate advice in identifying opportunities that are consistent with their individual career goals. Amanda advises attorneys in a variety of practice areas in regards to strategic lateral moves and in-house opportunities.
Before joining Empire Search Partners, Amanda worked as the Business Development Manager at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, where she was responsible for strategy, business development and marketing initiatives for the corporate practice groups, including: banking and finance, capital markets, financial products, investment funds, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and real estate. Amanda’s team was responsible for supporting and helping to grow the practices through curating a robust set of market intelligence, thought leadership, event networking, proposal development, referrals, public relations and attorney coaching programs. Prior to her time at Cleary Gottlieb, Amanda worked in a specialist role for the financial institutions group (FIG) at Latham & Watkins.
