Robin Klum is a Managing Director and Director of Operations at Empire Search Partners in New York City. She assists attorneys at all levels to optimize their careers and find professional homes where they can thrive.

As a former Director of Professional Development and Legal Recruiting at a top AmLaw firm, Robin was dedicated to the recruiting, hiring, training, inclusion, growth, and well-being of partners, counsel, and associates for over two decades. She has a deep and holistic understanding of the legal market and practice, bringing a unique and creative perspective to recruiting and hiring. She understands what lawyers are up against and embraces change and the opportunity and privilege to help individuals succeed.

Robin holds a Master’s Degree in Law Firm Management from The George Washington University and received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from University of Colorado-Boulder. She has also earned a Certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from University of South Florida, Muma School of Business, and she is certified as a Teacher in Mindful Meditation through Nalanda Institute.
