Sarah Grinshtein is a Managing Director at Empire Search Partners in New York. Sarah counsels attorneys across all levels of seniority and legal practice areas. Sarah’s six years of experience as a corporate associate gives attorneys an effective platform for navigating their professional development and legal careers.

Before becoming a legal recruiter, Sarah practiced law at the New York offices of Shearman & Sterling and Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Her practice focused on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures involving public companies.

Sarah received her B.A. in Political Science and Judaic studies, with honors, from Yeshiva University and her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. During law school, Sarah interned for former Chief Justice Sherry Radack of the Texas First District Court of Appeals.
