Before joining Empire Search, Kate practiced at a prominent litigation firm in New York, focusing on complex commercial litigation and intellectual property disputes. Her firsthand understanding of the demands and nuances of legal practice allows her to serve as a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients.
Kate earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and holds a B.A. in Philosophy, with honors, from DePaul University.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys exploring vintage shops, curating playlists from her expansive music library, seeking out the spiciest cuisine, and cheering on her beloved Michigan Wolverines football team.
