Andrew was a litigation associate for more than five years before deciding to leverage his professional experience and interpersonal skills by becoming a legal recruiter. Andrew has nearly a decade of experience working at two of the most respected legal recruiting firms in the country. Andrew has a rare and notably broad recruiting skillset. He counsels attorneys of all levels of experience across all major practice areas in connection with both law firm and in-house opportunities. Known for his integrity, thoughtfulness, and strategic approach, Andrew is passionate about creating long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. Andrew’s dedication to his candidates, clients and colleagues is always apparent through his willingness to provide support whenever needed.
Outside of his recruiting career, Andrew spends time with his wife and two young sons. He is an avid supporter of the Yankees, Jets, and his alma mater, the Pittsburgh Panthers.
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Political Science and Communications from the University of Pittsburgh. He received his Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo Law School, where he was an Associate Editor of the Human Rights Law Review and served on the Moot Court team as both a competitor and board member.
