Trevor Ross is a Managing Director at Empire Search Partners. Known for his hands-on, candid, and relationship-driven style, Trevor partners closely with clients and candidates alike to help them achieve their personal and business goals.
Prior to joining Empire Search Partners, Trevor focused on partner-level recruiting for AmLaw 50 firms. This foundation gives him a unique perspective when advising associates on their career growth, ensuring a tailored and thoughtful approach to every search. His extensive network and market insight allow him to match exceptional legal talent with firms that align with their values, practice strengths, and ambitions.
Outside of work, Trevor spends his time traveling the world, reading fiction, experimenting in the kitchen, and being a father to his two cats, Jinkx and Clementine.
Trevor received his Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, Public Policy and the Global Economy; and European Studies from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He is a trained teacher of ESL and speaks Spanish and German.
